Our company was born out of the idea that the toughest data and system challenges can always be overcome with a little bit of grit and a lot of hard work. Now, as part of CitiusTech, following our acquisition, we bring even greater scale, capabilities, and innovation to help healthcare organizations accelerate their digital transformation and enable better care.

Executive Leadership Team
Tyler Smith
Tyler Smith is the CEO of Health Data Movers. After seven years as a healthcare IT implementation consultant, installing Epic’s clinical and population health applications at major health systems across the country, Tyler co-founded HDM and led the formation of HDM’s Client Services and Finance & Administration teams before becoming CEO in 2021. Previous to his career in healthcare, Tyler served as a Legislative Correspondent in the US Senate, working directly with the Senate Finance Committee during the passage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). He is the Membership Chair of New York State HIMSS, as well as a member of CHIME, YPO, and former member of the Board of Health 2.0 Atlanta, and the New York Stem Cell Foundation JLC. Tyler earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History, Magna Cum Laude, at Vanderbilt University and his MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Greg Georgatos
Greg Georgatos is the President of Health Data Movers. With previous experience working at Stanford Health and the VA, Greg co-founded HDM and, in addition to functioning as the “integrator” of the firm, he sits on the Board of Directors. An Army Veteran, Greg received commendation as a Combat Lifesaver and has hands-on medical experience from his years as an EMT. Certified by AMIA 10×10, he earned an Associate degree in Fire Science/Technology from Allan Hancock College and then a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Health Science with a minor in Business Administration from San Jose State University.

Brandon Camp
Brandon Camp is the VP of Delivery at Health Data Movers. A team leader, his expertise extends to project management, system implementation, risk management, and Epic modules with EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic Hospital Outpatient Departments, Epic Order Transmittal, and Epic Willow Inpatient Certification. Brandon has spent over twenty years in the field elevating patient care and operational effectiveness with a specific focus on streamlining patient logistics and bolstering health outcomes. He is a member of the Northern California HIMSS Chapter and Hospital Capacity Management Consortium. Brandon has Project Management Professional Certification in addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University.

Mehul Malhotra
Mehul Malhotra is a Principle Consultant at Health Data Movers. With 18 years of business experience, Mehul has accumulated expertise in large-scale IT projects, exceeding industry standards, regulatory demands, and machine learning. Mehul obtained multiple Epic certifications, including Bridges, Chronicles Database Programmer, Grand Central, Inpatient Clinical Documentation, and Inpatient Procedure Orders—as well as Cloverleaf Level 1. Mehul earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from McGill University and a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
Alexander Janssen
Alexander Janssen is a Senior Consultant at Health Data Movers. An expert in data migration, Integration, HIT consulting, and innovation, Alexander brings a combined eight years of technical and professional experience to his consulting work. In addition to his Epic Chronicles database programmer license, EpicCare ambulatory certification, and Epic Bridges Interface certification, Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin.
Dan Olson
Dan Olson is Lead Engineer at Health Data Movers. With 15 years of experience in the field, Dan has amassed expertise in device integration, mobile and web development, EHR integration, Reporting, database administration, and solution design, as well as the deployment of AI systems and utilization of ML/AI systems. He has years of experience with both PyTorch and React.js and relishes work toward process improvement, device integration, and automation. Dan earned degrees in Mathematics, Physics, and International Relations from Manhattan College.
Steve Newcomb
Steve Newcomb is a Project Manager at Health Data Movers. Steve arrived at HDM after 20 years of military experience in the United States Air Force, winning Employee of the Quarter six times and Financial Analyst of the Year twice while there. He focuses on both project and personal management. In addition to being a Certified Project Management Professional, with an Advanced Project Management Certificate from the University of Utah, Steve is also a member of the California Medical Instrumentation Association (CMIA). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Services and Support Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Lisa Edler
Lisa Edler is a consultant at Health Data Movers. Lisa brings 25+ years of experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle initiatives in clinic integrations, denial reduction, and overall patient experience. She excels in strategic planning, financial analytics, regulatory compliance and net revenue improvement.
Prior to joining Health Data Movers, Lisa held leadership roles at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Miller Revenue Management, Pursuit Healthcare Advisors, and Zirmed, where she succeeded in benchmarking KPI achievements and revenue cycle process flow improvements across client sites nationwide.
Emma Vorenberg
Emma Vorenberg is an Integration Analyst at Health Data Movers. With a background in data conversions and EHR integrations, she excels at developing and executing solutions tailored to her clients. She has obtained Epic certifications in Bridges and Inpatient Procedure Orders, and additionally brings experience in business analysis and project management to her consulting work. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Pomona College and has a passion for leveraging her diverse skill set to drive efficient, innovative outcomes in the Healthcare IT space.
Justin Carr
Justin Carr is a Senior Integration Analyst at Health Data Movers, bringing a robust background in data conversions, archival strategies, and interoperability. With a focus on technical precision, he holds Epic certifications in both Bridges and Data Courier. Prior to joining HDM, Justin honed his expertise in ingesting and cleaning data from legacy EMRs for major healthcare organizations. Recently, he has focused on the intersection of healthcare IT and artificial intelligence, leveraging AI to develop unique, forward-thinking solutions for complex integration challenges. Based in Irvine, California, Justin is dedicated to modernizing healthcare data ecosystems.
Mina Banoub
Mina Banoub is an Integration Engineer at Health Data Movers. He has extensive experience implementing and supporting Epic Bridges for both live interfaces and data conversions. He has obtained Epic certifications in Bridges, Ambulatory, and Cogito.
Mina brings a combined seven years in IT consulting across platforms and industries. He has experience working with a wide range of systems including eClinicalWorks, Cerner, ModMed, and Athena. Mina holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.

Abby Polich
Abby Polich is the Senior Vice President of Client Services for Health Data Movers, overseeing client partnerships, recruiting, and marketing for the firm. Prior to her role at HDM, she served as SVP of Internal Operations at TridentCare, and Managing Director and Practice Leader of Implementation Services at Nordic Global, where she grew the division to $115MM+ in revenue and led her team to achieve Best-In-KLAS honors two years in a row.
Abby graduated summa cum laude from Luther College and holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is President of the Greater Kansas City HIMSS Chapter, serves on the boards of her local elementary school PTO and her church, and runs a third grade Girl Scout troop. She resides in Kansas City with her husband and two children.
Peter Squire
Peter Squire is an Account Manager at Health Data Movers. Peter draws on 19 years of professional business experience in the health and business fields. Certified in Epic Bridges, he brings his expertise in strategic leadership to his accounts. Peter volunteers on the Communications Committee for the Delaware Valley HIMSS Chapter. Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College.

Maroussia is an Account Manager at Health Data Movers. Maroussia brings five years of comprehensive experience in Healthcare IT, specializing in account management, sales leadership, and recruiting. She applies a proactive problem-solving approach to empower clients in achieving their goals. Maroussia’s expertise spans technical services, staffing, and consulting, delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse healthcare IT needs. Maroussia earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance at San Diego State University.
Joshua Arkin
Josh Arkin is an Account Manager at Health Data Movers. Josh has 14 years of well-rounded experience in healthcare IT including implementation management at Epic, IT product development and solution delivery at a provider organization, as well as service delivery, account management, and client operations at HIT consulting firms. He brings his curiosity and passion to serve in helping clients achieve their goals. Josh earned his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in psychology, economics, and science in human culture. He is based out of Chicago, IL and on nights and weekends can be found on stage in improv comedy theaters around the city.
Richard Walter
Richard Walter is an Account Manager at Health Data Movers. Richard brings 18 years of experience supporting healthcare organizations through technology, staffing, and operational initiatives. He focuses on building and managing strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and helping health systems connect with the right talent solutions to meet their evolving needs.
Prior to joining Health Data Movers, Richard held leadership roles at Revuud, Tegria, and Cumberland, where he partnered closely with healthcare clients to deliver measurable results and long-term value.
Jennifer Hemming
Jennifer Hemming is a Healthcare IT Recruiter with Health Data Movers. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare IT and 9 years in healthcare IT talent acquisition.She has acquired comprehensive industry knowledge through roles at an EHR vendor, an ambulatory surgery center, and healthcare IT professional services firms. Jen resides in the Seattle, WA area and enjoys cooking, travel, and lively Mario Kart racing with her family.
Taylor Seagraves
Taylor Seagraves is a Healthcare IT Recruiter at Health Data Movers specializing in Epic and enterprise EHR initiatives for health systems across the country. With over 13 years of experience in healthcare IT talent acquisition, he has supported organizations through projects ranging from large-scale system implementations and upgrades to optimization initiatives and ongoing application support. Over the course of his career, Taylor has developed deep familiarity with the Epic consulting landscape and the evolving needs of health systems navigating complex technology initiatives. Justin Cooper
Justin Cooper is a Healthcare IT Recruiter at Health Data Movers. With 16 years of experience in healthcare IT staffing, recruiting, and client services, Justin has partnered with health systems, academic medical centers, health plans, FQHCs, and managed care organizations through their most critical technology initiatives. He has worked alongside CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, revenue cycle leaders, and project teams to identify gaps, solve delivery problems, and connect organizations with consultants who can make an immediate impact — bringing a rare understanding of both the hiring leader’s pressure and the consultant’s perspective. Justin specializes in placing talent across Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, MEDITECH, NextGen, revenue cycle, payer systems, analytics, implementations, go-live support, and training, with a growing focus on emerging roles in AI-enabled clinical documentation, EHR and AI integration, predictive analytics, workflow automation, and data modernization.
Thiney Vang-Elfers
Thiney Vang-Elfers is a Healthcare IT Recruiter with Health Data Moves. She has over 15 years of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources experience. She most recently spent three and a half years with USI Insurance, where she recruited in various areas throughout the nation, including but not limited to Sales, Finance, and Production. Prior to USI Insurance, Thiney worked at Nordic Global as the Senior Talent Partner responsible for hiring in Advisory, Client Services, and traditional FTE positions, including Human Resources, Talent Development, IT, and Marketing. Thiney has her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix – Madison.
Brooke Foster
Brooke Levin is a Marketing Coordinator at Health Data Movers. Brooke has held previous roles leading marketing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. With expertise in data analytics, content marketing, and website creation, Brooke has worked closely with brands such as Marriott and Choice Hotels. Brooke earned her Bachelor of Arts in Enterprise Leadership with Minors in Art and Communications from the University of Iowa.

Ryan Lieberman
Ryan Lieberman is the Director of Finance and Administration at Health Data Movers. Before his work at HDM, Ryan was Director of Financial Operations at Surgical Solutions and worked at Cushman & Wakefield. He draws on this experience to lead financial and operational directives. Ryan is a member of the Board of Trustees for The Cove School. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics at Stanford University.
Cassie Szczudlo
Cassie is the Director of Human Resources at HDM, bringing over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her career spans multiple sectors, including medical billing, toxicology, and pharmaceuticals. Before transitioning to HR, she built a strong foundation in account management, sales, and business development, giving her a well-rounded perspective that enhances HDM’s HR initiatives. Cassie’s diverse background allows her to bring fresh insights and a dynamic approach to the team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from DePaul University.

Brighton Liu is a Business Analyst at Health Data Movers, driving financial and administrative excellence through innovative insights and process optimization. A recent graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Brighton holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biochemistry with a Minor in Business, combining scientific expertise with business acumen to deliver impactful solutions.
