HDM awarded Best in KLAS:
HIT Implementation Leadership–Small
Health Data Movers is thrilled to receive 2022’s Best in KLAS award for HIT Implementation Leadership–Small. HDM is the category’s top performer, as rated by our customers and reported in 2022 Best in KLAS: Software & Services.
This is the second year in a row HDM has been rated by the globally renowned research firm, but 2022 marks HDM’s first Best in KLAS title. The award category, HIT Implementation Leadership–Small, encompasses implementation projects with fewer than eight resources. HDM will accept the award at the Best in KLAS awards ceremony on March 14, 2022, one of many healthcare industry events comprising the HIMSS22 Global Health Conference.
Considering the demands on healthcare IT over the last couple of years, HDM is especially proud to be recognized as an implementation partner of choice. Our clients have entrusted us with their most critical projects, and we have delivered.
Here’s what one director said (May 2021):
Our partnership was great. We are very grateful for Health Data Movers. Given the timeline and complexity of work, I don’t know that we would have trusted a lot of vendors in this space. When it comes down to the complexity of data and the integrity of the data being converted, I would rate no one higher than Health Data Movers.
Our #1 objective in 2022 is to become the go-to healthcare technology firm. Helping us earn Best in KLAS is one way our clients demonstrate their satisfaction, but the most important way our customers validate this is by working with us again and again. We still get invited back by some of our very first customers, and it’s common for clients to expand project scope and engage more of HDM’s implementation leadership resources to boost and support their teams.
According to another client director (May 2021),
“Health Data Movers went above and beyond. We had a couple of sleepless nights the week of the go-live given the complexity of the project, and we faced a lot of challenges in the operational alignment. Health Data Movers pulled through. They never said they were done at 5 p.m. They were there with us, and we are very grateful for their commitment.”
HDM credits our team of strong project leaders, consultants, engineers, and data experts – and the exceptional service and consistent delivery they provide – for this award. And of course, we sincerely appreciate our clients’ continued trust in our work and their willingness to provide feedback and participate in the important research done at KLAS.
Our customer testimony highlights our team members’ impact on the organizations we serve and their patients:
“Health Data Movers was phenomenal at matching our needs with resources. We knew a few of their team members from working with them in a previous capacity, and they were phenomenal to work with. We had no concerns whatsoever. The firm’s strategic ability was great. The resources brought unique skill sets to the table and a perspective that we didn’t have in-house.”
(Director, May 2021)
We look forward to continuing our work together to move healthcare forward.
Our CEO, Tyler Smith, reflects on the company’s commitment to impeccable customer service. “One of the core values of HDM is a customer first mentality: ‘were it not for our customers, HDM would not exist,” he said. “While we have been twice recognized by Inc. for our remarkable growth rate and by Consulting Magazine as an amazing place to work, the Best in KLAS award affirms that we are successfully putting our customers’ desires first. We could not be prouder of our team, and our team could not be more enthusiastic to continue to move healthcare forward with our phenomenal customers.”
