Greg Georgatos
A U.S. Army veteran and HDM cofounder, Greg is HDM’s President, managing the Delivery team. Through his leadership of Delivery, Greg manages the Service Delivery lines of EHR, Project Management, Interoperability, and Transplant. Greg’s many years of experience managing enterprise-wide clinical applications, projects, portfolios, and people in healthcare enable him to drive his teams to successful engagements for HDM’s clients. Greg also serves on HDM’s Board of Directors.
Tyler Smith
A cofounder of HDM, Tyler is the firm’s CEO and serves on the Board of Directors. Prior to the HDM’s current formation, Tyler implemented multiple instances of Epic’s clinical applications at major health systems across the country. Tyler began his career on Capitol Hill and briefly worked at an Australian surfboard manufacturing company. Tyler graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Economics and History and holds an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
Karla Christopher
Service Delivery Manager over Application Development, Karla has more than 20 years of healthcare IT experience. Her BS in Healthcare Administration & Management, PMP, and early career experience as a systems engineer allow her to creatively and effectively manage her team of developers. In fact, Karla’s full title is Karleesi Nebraskaborn of House HDM, First of Her Name, the Unphased, Master of Scrums, Queen of the Agile and the First Devs, Breaker of Rules, and Mother of Linus.
Brandon Camp
Brandon has more than 20 years of healthcare IT industry experience, a PMP, an MBA, and a BA in Health Sciences. A natural born leader he now heads HDM’s Program and Project Management Services and somehow still finds the time to run 50+ miles per week.
Michael Martin
As Director of Interoperability, Michael manages Data Conversions and Integrations. He brings a wide array of programming and interface experience to an EMR integration project near you. He uses his calming and efficient management style to think outside the box and ensure your data is in the right place at the right time.
Patrick McDermott
Pat has over 13 years of sales experience in HIT and a track record of strong relationships with healthcare providers founded on solving tough problems. He is passionate about improving patient with technology, and he brings a great attitude, a wealth of industry knowledge, and exceptional customer service. He also has a Finance degree and MBA. Pat enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and boxer dog. He loves sports and is finally starting a golfing career.
Ryan Lieberman
Prior to joining HDM, Ryan oversaw financial operations at Surgical Solutions (micro-cap healthcare solutions firm). Ryan started his career in office and industrial investment sales at Cushman & Wakefield (part of $1B+ in transaction volume). Ryan is a student-athlete graduate of Stanford University with a degree in economics and is on the Board of Trustees for The Cove School (a K-12 school instrumental in guiding children with complex learning disabilities).
Meghan Rose
Meghan has been working in the Epic clinical realm for twelve years in implementation, post-live support, optimization, and management roles. In addition to consulting on full cycle EpicCare Ambulatory implementations, she was one of the first ever implementers of Epic’s Phoenix application. Her experience covers all outpatient specialties, including the complexities of dialysis and wound care. Often asked if she has a clinical background (she does not), Meghan believes the key to success in every install is to think, build, and communicate like a clinician.
Jacob Zubler
Jacob shares his hometown with the University of Notre Dame and the original Studebaker automobiles. However, his famous hometown does not overshadow his talents as a manager and communicator. An HDM veteran and former Epic employee, Jacob puts his past experience to work alongside his Master’s in Information and Communication Sciences to get the job, any job, done.
Kelly Stoker
Account Manager, Kelly, has more than ten years of sales and leadership experience. When she’s not enjoying her native Florida sun, Kelly combines her BSBA in Business Marketing and sales experience to cultivate lasting client partnerships through trusted, strategy driven, and creative workforce planning solutions, pushing HDM forward.
Peter Squire
Peter has 9 years’ experience in business development and consulting in hospitals and health systems. He uses this experience to build trusting relationships with client partners to push healthcare forward. Peter enjoys hiking, skiing, surfing, and enjoying the outdoors. When not outdoors, you will most likely find Peter cheering on the Seahawks or sweeping up pet hair from his dog and two cats.
Marissa Lewis
Marissa has over 8 years of experience in business development, project management, and client relationship management. She loves cultivating relationships with clients and finding new solutions that will help them thrive. When she has some downtime, Marissa is outside with her family hiking or skiing and enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather.
Tracy Graham
Tracy brings over a decade of healthcare admin/coordinator experience in clinical and hospital settings. She says she uses her psychology degree all the time, learning how to motivate people to do their best by understanding how they think. Tracy lives in Minnesota with her husband and two young children, and while they do love winter, they also love to travel. We expect our Operations trivia team to benefit greatly from her specialization in TV & movie quotes.
Angeli Trinh
With HDM since 2017, Angeli is an original HDMer. A California girl who was transplanted to Las Vegas, she is currently raising two kids under two years old and managing HDM’s daily operations. Her experience in marketing coupled with her experience as a healthcare IT consultant clearly mark her as an expert in all things operations.
Dan Olson
Dan, another original HDMer, is natively from the midwest and has comfortably transplanted himself out west in Los Angeles, CA. With HDM since 2017, Dan is our Lead Engineer with more than ten years of experience in healthcare development and systems engineering. Dan has extensive transplant experience, including five years in the transplant department at Keck Medical Center of USC and two years at OTTR. Those who know Dan know that he is the cat’s pajamas.
Ken Booth
Ken Booth currently serves as HDM’s IT Specialist. Over Ken’s 15 year career in healthcare IT he has led project teams, completed data conversions, and worked on HDM’s early development projects. We are extremely grateful that Ken joined HDM’s internal IT team. If there is a problem, yo he’ll solve it.
Board of Directors
Brian Battistone
A cofounder of HDM, Brian primarily thinks in ones and zeros. He has spent countless sleepless nights refining HDM’s custom ETL processes to migrate data from legacy applications into Epic. Leveraging his Computer Science and Math degrees, Brian serves on HDM’s Board of Directors and is actively involved with the firm’s Delivery sales processes, particularly around Interoperability and Transplant.
Alyssa Rapp
Ms. Rapp served as a managing partner at AJR Ventures, a strategic advisory firm for Fortune 500, $500MM+ privately-held companies, and private equity firms on their new business unit/new market development, digital, and e-commerce strategies from 2015 to 2018. Prior to this, Ms. Rapp served as the founder and chief executive officer of Bottlenotes, Inc., the leading interactive media company in the U.S. wine, craft beer, and artisanal spirit industries from 2005 to 2015. Ms. Rapp has been the CEO of Surgical Solutions, a company that offers handling of scopes, repair maintenance management, and access to capital to increase physician satisfaction, since 2018. Ms. Rapp was appointed to serve on the Illinois Housing Development Authority board of directors from 2015 to 2019. Ms. Rapp received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History of Art from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business
Monica Gupta
Ms. Gupta has served as Vice President, Global Operations, at DocuSign, a leading e-signature and agreement cloud company, since 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Gupta served as the Associate Chief Information Officer of Stanford Health Care from 2011 through 2017, an internationally recognized academic health system for providing leading-edge acute and specialty care. Before joining Stanford, she held numerous positions at Oracle Corporations (formerly Sun Microsystems), a multinational computer technology corporation, from 1997 through 2009. She has previously served on the Executive Advisory Boards of Intel Corporation and Imprivata. Ms. Gupta received her Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics and Psychology from Punjab University and Master of Business Administration from California State University. She brings a track record of over two decades of growth, execution, and driving digital transformation at scale.
