Leadership
Brian Battistone
A founding partner of HDM, Brian primarily thinks in ones and zeros. He has spent countless sleepless nights refining HDM’s custom ETL processes to migrate data from legacy applications into Epic. Leveraging his Computer Science and Math degrees, Brian manages HDM’s Service Delivery Teams (EHR Services, Application Development, Data Conversion and Integration) as well as oversees HDM’s overall financial health.
Greg Georgatos
A U.S. Army veteran, Greg is HDM’s managing partner over Operations. Greg helps HDM keep its proverbial lights on by overseeing HR, Marketing, Client Services, Finance, Internal IT, and our budding Internship Program. Greg’s many years of experience managing enterprise-wide clinical applications, projects, portfolios, and people makes the answer to the question, “Who ya gonna call?” have to be, “Greg Georgatos.”
Tyler Smith
A founding partner of HDM, Tyler currently leads the firm’s Sales and Recruiting team. Prior to his current role, Tyler implemented multiple instances of Epic’s clinical applications at major health systems across the country. Tyler began his career on Capitol Hill and briefly worked at an Australian surfboard manufacturing company. Tyler graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Economics and History and holds an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
Tricia Steine
Tricia has more than 25 years of leadership experience in a variety of industries including corporate restaurant management, private practice healthcare, and enterprise healthcare IT. The “go to” person for processes and procedure implementation, she has a passion for helping others succeed. Tricia does not let her passion for work eclipse the love she has for her family, her dog, and spending time at the beach.
Brandon Camp
Brandon has more than 20 years of healthcare IT industry experience, a PMP, an MBA, and a BA in Health Sciences. A natural born leader he now heads HDM’s EHR Services tower as the Service Delivery Manager and somehow still finds the time to run 50+ miles per week.
Karla Koertner
Service Delivery Manager over Application Development, Karla has more than 20 years of healthcare IT experience. Her BS in Healthcare Administration & Management, PMP, and early career experience as a systems engineer allow her to creatively and effectively manage her team of developers. In fact, Karla’s full title is Karleesi Nebraskaborn of House HDM, First of Her Name, the Unphased, Master of Scrums, Queen of the Agile and the First Devs, Breaker of Rules, and Mother of Linus.
Michael Martin
Graciously serving as HDM’s Service Delivery Manager over Data Conversions and Integrations, Michael brings a wide array of programming and interface experience to an EMR integration project near you. He uses his calming and efficient management style to think outside the box and ensure your data is in the right place at the right time.
Meghan Rose
Meghan has been working in the Epic clinical realm for twelve years in implementation, post-live support, optimization, and management roles. In addition to consulting on full cycle EpicCare Ambulatory implementations, she was one of the first ever implementers of Epic’s Phoenix application. Her experience covers all outpatient specialties, including the complexities of dialysis and wound care. Often asked if she has a clinical background (she does not), Meghan believes the key to success in every install is to think, build, and communicate like a clinician.
Abbi Kershner
Abbi currently serves as HDM’s Client Services Manager. She has been in the healthcare and healthcare IT industries for more than 11 years, happily landing at Health Data Movers in 2019. Abbi’s passion for HDM, healthcare IT experience, and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison allow her to help HDM move healthcare forward. Her dad-like sense of humor, on the other hand, allows her to entertain the whole HDM family.
Kelly Stoker
Account Manager, Kelly, has more than ten years of sales and leadership experience. When she’s not enjoying her native Florida sun, Kelly combines her BSBA in Business Marketing and sales experience to cultivate lasting client partnerships through trusted, strategy driven, and creative workforce planning solutions, pushing HDM forward.

Scott has sold everything from staffing services, cybersecurity, interoperability platforms, and advanced analytics solutions. Scott brings a strong commitment to supporting the customer, leadership, and the industry knowledge to ensure our partners achieve their goals and objectives. One might say that Scott has a very particular set of skills. Skills that he has acquired over a very long career.
Brett Kimes
Brett Kimes serves HDM as a Recruiter with more than ten years of healthcare technology staffing experience and a BSBA in Business Management. A former Director of Recruiting, he maintains a deep pool of highly qualified consultants and enjoys maintaining strong relationships with those he’s placed at HDM. A former professional poker player, HDM would bet on Brett in a heartbeat.
Durc Strand

Durc’s passion for delivery, recruiting, and building relationships with consultants and clients is the driving force behind his love of recruiting. Durc is a breath of positive Midwestern fresh air in healthcare IT recruiter form.
Chelsea Lepley
Chelsea Lepley lives in a very old house in Des Moines, Iowa, and divides their time between civic engagement and writing and managing proposals for HDM. Chelsea has experience managing projects, campaigns, and nonprofits, and has earned degrees in English, Secondary Education, and Public Policy. After working on state-level healthcare reform legislation, Chelsea began their career in healthcare IT at Epic and continued it with multiple healthcare IT consulting firms. Chelsea translates buzzwords into plain English and puts commas between all items of a list.
Ashleigh Brinkman
Ashleigh acts as the Human Resources Specialist at HDM. A five year veteran of the healthcare IT industry, Ashleigh joined the HDM family in 2018. Lucky for us, she found her true calling in human resources. She has a passion for ensuring team member satisfaction and looks forward to continuing to build a culture of excellence at HDM. Merriam-Webster defines Human Resources as “a division of an organization concerned with personnel.” Well, here at HDM we define Human Resources as, “Ashleigh Brinkman.”
Yoyo Ko
Yoyo first joined HDM as one of our first Business Analyst Interns. We are extremely grateful to be her first home after she completed her Bachelors in Environmental Economics and Policy (with a focus in Design Innovation) from University of California, Berkeley. Yoyo has the innate ability to consider both the process and the person at the core of each opportunity. She uses her sunny outlook, clever humor, and humanity to curate a better experience for everyone at HDM.
Angeli Trinh
With HDM since 2017, Angeli is an original HDMer. A California girl who was transplanted to Las Vegas, she is currently raising two kids under two years old and managing HDM’s daily operations. Her experience in marketing coupled with her experience as a healthcare IT consultant clearly mark her as an expert in all things operations.
Ginny Daniel
Ginny is HDM’s Finance Analyst extraordinaire. She holds two bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Accounting and is currently pursuing her Masters in Accounting. She is glad to be expanding her financial analysis toolbox while supporting a company that is moving healthcare forward. We don’t bother with calculators here at HDM, we just bother Ginny.
Dan Olson
Dan, another original HDMer, is natively from the midwest and has comfortably transplanted himself out west in Los Angeles, CA. With HDM since 2017, Dan is our Lead Engineer with more than ten years of experience in healthcare development and systems engineering. Dan has extensive transplant experience, including five years in the transplant department at Keck Medical Center of USC and two years at OTTR. Those who know Dan know that he is the cat’s pajamas.
