We’re going strong and Inc. Magazine noticed again!

We made the list—again! The Inc. 5000 List, that is.

Our inclusion on the Inc. 5000 shows that HDM is again one of America’s fastest-growing private companies. Founded in 2012, our initial focus was on transplant, data conversion, and Epic consulting services, but our offerings have grown to include in-house full-stack development, project management, and EHR consulting services across all major vendors. We are ranked 158 in the Health sector and 1884 overall. Our growth rate of 238% exceeds the Health sector average: a still-impressive 195%. In 2020, we were recognized for our three-year growth rate of 964%, earning us a spot on the Inc. 500 list.

What is the Inc. 5000?
This annual list represents a unique look at the most successful private companies within our economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000. Each year, this list has become more competitive and more prestigious for private businesses like HDM experiencing rapid growth. So why are we telling you this?
We’re proud of the recognition and want to say THANK YOU:

  • To our clients: we sincerely appreciate your business and look forward to continuing our work together to move healthcare forward.
  • To HDM team members: we know you’ve worked hard, and we are grateful for your efforts — we couldn’t do it without you!

Ok, but why really?
Considering how challenging the last two years have been, we think growth matters. The last couple years have been exceptionally difficult for healthcare organizations, but we have continued to thrive and grow — and that’s no mean feat. We consider it a testament to the perseverance and dedication of our team.

HDM’s founding partners Brian Battistone, Greg Georgatos, and Tyler Smith credit our ongoing growth to an exceptional team and a corporate culture that embraces grit, which was foundational to our early reputation as the “must call” firm for tough healthcare IT projects.

What’s next?
Our efforts to improve the lives of patients and providers by unleashing the potential of healthcare data and technology doesn’t stop here; this validation fuels another confident step forward.
