Nearshore Epic Services. Onshore Confidence.

What is Horizon?
HDM Horizon is Health Data Movers’ nearshore Epic delivery model, extending your in-house team with dedicated, Epic-certified consultants working in your time zone. Horizon combines structured phases (Engage, Shadow, Transfer, and Sustain) to keep your Epic operations running and improving. Keep headcount within budget.
Horizon consultants work in real time alongside your team, inside your workflows, with the same accountability and Epic fluency you’d expect from an onshore hire.
Four Phases. One Transition.
1. Engage
Align on delivery engagement and a demand management assessment. Confirm security and compliance requirements. Together, we work through an onboarding checklist, review your existing ticketing system, and align on scope.
2. Shadow
Horizon analysts embed with your team in read-only mode — capturing tribal knowledge and building the runbook that will guide everything that follows. Nothing is expected back from your team during this phase.
3. Transfer
The queue moves to Horizon module by module, on a sequence we agree to together. SLA takes effect for each module as it transfers over.
4. Sustain
Horizon operates on your time zone hours, with a weekly queue review, monthly trend reporting, and a quarterly business review — keeping performance visible and the partnership accountable for the long run.
